Marketing Cloud Specialist

$65,000 - $75,000/hr

Summary of Responsibilities

Responsible for creating data-driven, personalized digital experiences that strengthen Yamaha’s customer relationships with motorsports and marine enthusiasts. Leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, drive engagement through tailored communications, journey orchestration, and real-time behavioral insights across various touchpoints. Collaborate with business units across the company on goals and objectives, making recommendations on data, strategy, and tactics to support agreed upon KPIs. Monitor to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Use expertise to engage with business stakeholders to leverage platform capabilities and develop optimal strategies to support both the holistic goals of digital marketing, as well as specific departmental goals. Establish and uphold protocols

for ensuring successful website campaign design and future administration. Be an influencer for development, optimization, enhancement, and retirement of journeys and campaigns.

  • Strategize and build automated website content to satisfy goals as defined by requesting business unit. Define Web Campaigns to deliver website content to the optimal Ensure campaigns comply with MCP best practices while maintaining brand identity standards. Continually evaluate and optimize campaigns for best results.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Cloud Email Specialist to ensure a seamless, integrated digital experience for Yamaha customers. Apply Marketing Cloud Engagement knowledge and experience to provide support to Email Specialist as
  • Coordinate content with website team, broader marketing team and media agency to ensure email support and relevancy, as well as consistency across all digital customer touchpoints. Identify opportunities to work with third-party vendors when required to support efforts beyond in-house capabilities.

Education Requirements and/or Experience Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma:
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification an
  • Program of Study: Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 3+ years
  • Type of Experience: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization

Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to balance technical depth with creative marketing thinking to translate customer data into relevant and engaging personalized campaigns.
  • Skilled at executing B2C marketing personalization campaigns in Salesforce Marketing
  • Experience with Content Builder, Analytics Builder, Email Studio and/or Mobile Studio an Ability to interpret data and insights obtained from testing and optimize campaigns.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, including communication and
  • Understanding of sitemap development
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript for customizations and integrations an
  • Experience in the motorsports, marine, automotive or lifestyle retail industry

Expected salary range: $65,000 – $75,000/per annum

Although base salary for this position falls within the above posted range, final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
