Support campaigns and internal communications by developing innovative visual assets that engage diverse audiences.

Help build our in-house creative capability, reducing reliance on external agencies and ensuring our content reflects our unique voice and values.

The Crown Prosecution Service is based in England and Wales. Job description

Your roles and responsibilities:

Plan, shoot on location, edit, and create visually engaging content that supports the Crown Prosecution Service’s strategic priorities and meets the needs of diverse audiences.
Collaborate with colleagues across the Communications Directorate, Area Communication Managers, and external partners to deliver creative content for priority projects and campaigns.
Conduct interviews and work with colleagues at all levels to create authentic, people-focused content
Act as a brand ambassador, providing expert advice on branding and creative content, and ensuring all materials produced are inclusive and accessible.
Develop and maintain the organisation’s digital content archive.
Draw on knowledge of emerging trends in digital and social media and apply this knowledge to content ideas, being alert to emerging issues which might impact or benefit this work.

The Crown Prosecution Service has fixed rates for its Higher Executive Officer grade – a developing rate (the starting salary) and a spot rate (the maximum salary). Reserve list

If you’re recommended by the selection panel but not appointed to the current vacancy, you’re put on a reserve list for 12 months. You may be offered another Creative Content Officer post in HQ Communications if a vacancy comes up during this period. We may also approach candidates on the waiting list to fill other roles that require similar knowledge and experience.
