
We are looking for a Branding & Media Support Officer who will play a key behind-the-scenes role in bringing our brand to life. This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of branding and media activities across digital and physical touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and creatively inclined — someone who enjoys supporting campaigns, coordinating content, and ensuring brand materials are delivered accurately and on time. This role is perfect for a media or marketing professional who wants hands-on exposure to brand execution in a fast-growing FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the branding team in executing brand campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Assist in coordinating content creation for digital platforms (social media, internal communications, and marketing materials).
Ensure all branding materials align with the company’s brand guidelines and tone.
Assist with day-to-day social media activities such as content uploads, engagement monitoring, and basic community management.
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience feedback for insights.
Support media activities including photoshoots, video shoots, product launches, and activations.
Carry out other branding and media-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
2–3 years experience in branding, media, or content-related roles.
Basic understanding of branding, digital media, and content coordination.
Strong organizational, time- management skills and communication skills.
Ability to work with basic design or media tools (e.g. Canva or similar tools).
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Added Advantage
Experience supporting social media or digital marketing teams.
Basic knowledge of photo or video editing tools.
Familiarity with content calendars, analytics, or campaign tracking tools.
