· Stay updated on beauty & skincare trends in the Philippine market to create content that resonates with our audience.

· Analyze content performance using data-driven insights and optimize for better engagement and reach.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice across all content.

· Engage with our online community, responding to comments and fostering brand interactions.

· Experiment with new content formats and storytelling techniques to drive growth and engagement.

· If applicable, leverage your personal social media presence to amplify brand content.

Job Requirements:

· 1-2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing within the beauty or lifestyle industry.

· Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.

· Passion for beauty and skincare, with knowledge of the Philippine beauty market.

· Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

· Creative and strategic thinker with content planning skills.

· Hands-on experience in video editing, photography, and graphic design is a plus.

· A personal social media presence with an engaged following is an advantage.
