Content Creator and Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a creative, proactive Social Media & Content Manager to get under the skin of our brand values and bring them to life online. If you know how to stop a scroll, spark a conversation, and turn great food (and people!) into great content, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do
• Create standout, story-led content for Instagram, TikTok & more

• Use insights and trends to drive awareness and footfall
• Shape and protect our tone of voice & visual identity
• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging social-first content
  • Build and engage a community of Franco fans
  • Plan and deliver content calendars, campaigns, and influencer activity

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years’ social/content experience (food, lifestyle or hospitality a bonus)
  • A strong creative eye and confident production skills
• A people-first approach, leveraging our chefs, teams and customers
• Trend awareness, fast thinking, and brand storytelling know-how
• London-based but willing to capture content in our restaurants across the UK
