
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead and elevate our creative strategy across all media platforms. This role requires a highly skilled creative leader with strong general media knowledge, a handson approach to content creation, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams to produce compelling, highimpact work.
The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with creative execution, understands modern digital media ecosystems, and can translate brand vision into engaging visual and narrative experiences.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the overall creative vision and ensure consistency across all media, platforms, and campaigns
· Oversee content creation including video, digital, social, print, and experiential assets
· Direct and collaborate on video production, editing, and postproduction workflows
· Guide graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling efforts
· Develop and maintain brand standards and creative guidelines
· Manage and mentor creative teams, including designers, editors, and content creators
· Partner crossfunctionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align creative output with business goals
· Review, approve, and refine creative deliverables to ensure quality, innovation, and brand alignment
· Stay current on media trends, tools, platforms, and emerging creative technologies
Required Qualifications
· Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role
· Strong general media knowledge, including:
· Content creation and storytelling
· Video editing and production
· Graphic design and visual communication
· Deep understanding of digital, social, and multimedia platforms
· Exceptional creative judgment and attention to detail
· Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
· Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects.
· Skilled in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
· Must have experience flying drones for commercial or creative use.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience leading creative teams in a media, agency, entertainment, or techdriven environment
· Handson experience with industrystandard creative tools and software
· Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect creative work to measurable outcomes
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary range of N300,000 – N350,000
