Role Description

Own the visual quality and consistency of all marketing creatives.
Apply and evolve existing brand and character guidelines across ads and marketing assets.
Lead creative reviews and set a high bar for taste, polish, and clarity.
Partner with UA and product to iterate on creative based on performance and feedback.
Improve creative systems such as templates, libraries, and review processes.

Qualifications

6+ years experience in design, art direction, or creative leadership.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual execution and taste.
Strong skills in typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
Comfortable working in fast-moving, iterative environments.
Experience with mobile, games, or performance creative.

Compensation

$130k to $170k
