As our new Digital Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping us deliver brilliant digital campaigns across CRM, social, web, and paid media – supporting the growth of the Candy Kittens brand.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital and the Creative Content Strategist to make sure our campaigns not only go live on time but feel bang on brand, platform-appropriate, and engaging. From replying to comments on TikTok to setting up emails, updating our website, and helping deliver creative for ads – this is a varied role, giving you real exposure across all areas of digital marketing.
You’ll also support our growing presence on TikTok Shop and with creators and affiliates – helping manage relationships, track performance, and keep things running smoothly.

Primary Responsibilities
- CRM & Campaign Delivery
- Support the Head of Digital in building and sending regular CRM campaigns (email & SMS) – ensuring accurate set-up, testing, and reporting. Help with segmenting audiences,drafting emails, scheduling sends, and tracking performance.
- Community Management
- Be the front line of our social channels – replying to comments and DMs across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta ads in a tone that feels true to the brand. Spot opportunities to engage and delight our audience, escalating anything that needs further input.
- Paid Media Support
- Work with the Creative Content Strategist and Head of Digital to support paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Assist with asset management, campaign set-up tasks, and reporting.
- Affiliate, Creator & TikTok Shop
- Help grow and manage relationships with creators and affiliates, especially on TikTok. Support the day-to-day running of our TikTok Shop – uploading content, managing listings, and responding to messages or questions.
- Content Support
- Assist the Creative Content Strategist in delivering native-feeling content across TikTok, Instagram, and other channels. Occasionally support on shoots or content creation – including basic editing, copywriting, or helping source UGC.
- Website Support
- Help manage product uploads, pricing, imagery, and content updates across the Candy Kittens website. Ensure product pages are always up-to-date and optimised for customer experience. Support the Head of Digital on merchandising changes and seasonal refreshes.
- Amazon Support
- Light-touch support managing our Amazon store in collaboration with a trusted external agency. Help ensure order flows and deadlines are met, and flag any issues as they arise.
Skill Set
- A natural interest in digital and social – you’re the person who notices great brand campaigns and wants to know how they did it.
- A genuine passion for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and emerging trends in digital commerce.
- Obsessed with great design, tone, and storytelling – you know what good looks like and want to be part of making it.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset – you’re the type who spots a broken link or typo and fixes it before anyone notices.
- Strong communication and organisation skills – able to juggle a few things at once and keep a calm head under pressure.
- Desirable: experience in a similar junior digital role, ideally in FMCG, food, or lifestyle.
- Bonus: confident with basic graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
