
Job Title: Church Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive
Role Summary
The Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive is responsible for building visibility, traction, and momentum for Salté Nation across digital platforms.
This role oversees content strategy, social media management, and paid advertising, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube ads to drive engagement, prayer requests, and real-world attendance.
This is a growth-oriented role, measured by reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversion outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow awareness and engagement
Build consistent traction across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Align digital campaigns with Salté Nation’s vision, events, and service rhythm
Social Media Management
Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across social platforms
Manage captions, hashtags, community engagement, and direct messages
Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency
Monitor performance and optimise content based on insights
Paid Advertising (Core Requirement)
Plan, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
Run and manage YouTube ads for awareness, engagement, and lead generation
Create and test audiences, creatives, and messaging for conversion
Track ad spend, performance, and ROI
Continuously improve cost-per-result and conversion rates
Lead Generation & Conversion Support
Drive traffic to prayer request forms, Plan-Your-Visit pages, and key campaigns
Work closely with Outreach, Growth, and Guest Services teams to align messaging
Support digital funnels that convert online engagement into physical attendance
Analytics & Optimisation
Monitor reach, engagement, watch time, leads, and conversion metrics
Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
Test new formats, creatives, and platforms to improve vitality and growth
Performance Expectations
Consistent increase in reach, engagement, and visibility
Growth in prayer requests and Plan-Your-Visit leads
Effective ad performance within budget
Strong digital presence that reflects excellence and clarity
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience managing social media platforms professionally
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
Experience running YouTube advertising campaigns
Solid understanding of digital funnels, targeting, and optimisation
Creative eye for visuals, copy, and storytelling
Data-aware mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics

Experience & Requirements
Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or paid advertising is required
