Growth Marketing Manager - Digital Celebrations Brand

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager who thrives on performance. This role is designed for a strategic marketer who is confident in their ability to deliver success by driving brand awareness and revenue growth. If you can drive growth, you’ll be rewarded accordingly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google
  • Define and execute UGC (user-generated content) strategy to generate viral loops and organic growth
  • Identify and engage micro-influencers in the diaspora
  • Oversee Social Media Manager to ensure content quality and consistency
  • Develop and implement referral/affiliate programs to accelerate customer acquisition
  • Track KPIs (CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, CLV) and make data-driven optimization decisions
  • Innovate with creative marketing initiatives that drive measurable revenue growth

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital marketing campaigns
  • 3+ years of experience managing paid social media advertising (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Deep understanding of viral social media mechanics, UGC strategies, and influencer marketing
  • Understanding of North American and African diaspora culture and gifting behavior
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools and platforms
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in performance-based compensation
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

  • Total Monthly Earning: Up to 220,000 naira (30% Fixed Base: 65,000 naira and 70% Results-Based Commission: 155,000 naira)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₦220,000.00 per month

  • This role is 70% performance-based compensation tied to revenue growth. Describe how you would structure your own success metrics and accountability in the first 90 days. What specific, measurable goals would you commit to achieving, and how would you track your progress?
  • Our product is personalized video greetings for celebrations (birthdays, weddings, anniversaries) targeting gift-buyers in the North American and African diaspora markets. What creative angles and messaging would you test in our ads? Provide 2-3 different creative concepts and explain your reasoning for each.
