In-House Videographer & Video Editor

About Us

We’re looking for a highly skilled, creative, and energetic videographer to join our team full time. Someone who can film and edit all day, every day, capturing our brand, projects, people, and stories in a way that delivers real ROI and elevates our content across all platforms.

If you’re passionate about creating high-quality video content, love working in a fast-moving environment, and want to take full ownership of video production, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, marketing, campaigns, events, and internal projects.
• Handle end-to-end video production, including concept development, storyboarding, filming, editing, colour grading, and sound design.
• Maintain and manage all video equipment and ensure everything is ready for daily use.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create engaging, on-brand content.
• Film regularly on-site, capturing both planned content and spontaneous moments that support brand storytelling.
• Stay up to date with video trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
• Organise and back up footage, maintaining a clean and efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer and editor (portfolio required).
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional editing software.
• Confident using professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Ability to shoot both cinematic content and fast-paced social media videos.
• Excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver high-quality content consistently.
• Strong time management, able to film and edit daily without compromising quality.

Nice-to-Haves

• Motion graphics or basic animation skills (After Effects or similar).
• Photography skills.
• Experience with social media content strategy.
• Ability to produce short-form, high-engagement content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
