Junior Ecommerce Manager

Role Summary:
You’ll own the day-to-day running of our ecommerce ecosystem – from product uploads to customer experience, analytics, and operations support.

Responsibilities:
✔ Upload, manage, and optimise products on Woocommerce/Shopify
✔ Monitor inventory and coordinate with logistics
✔ Manage orders, returns, exchanges & customer communication
✔ Use Google Analytics + woocommerce data to report trends
✔ Assist in newsletter setup & data tracking
✔ Basic SEO site optimisation
✔ Assist founder with conversion improvements
✔ Work closely with the Content Manager to ensure all assets are live

Skills & Experience:

• Ecommerce background (woocommerce/ Shopify preferred)
• Comfortable using analytics tools (Google Analytics /woocommerce/Shopify reports)
• Strong organisational skills
• Problem-solver who works independently
• Excellent English communication

Bonus: experience with newsletters, SEO, or basic email automations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From R6 000,00 per month

Experience:

• Facebook Advertising: 1 year (Required)
• MailChimp: 1 year (Required)
• Google Analytics: 1 year (Preferred)
