Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate must be located near a Canadian Blood Services site and will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors, our staff and our communities. Currently, employees are expected to have an in-person presence for at least 40% of their work time. This requirement may vary depending upon circumstances.

Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Regular full-time Lead – Lifecycle Marketing to join our dynamic Insight & Donor Experience team.
The Lead, Lifecycle Marketing is responsible for developing, executing and optimizing comprehensive lifecycle strategies and programs that supports the execution of Canadian Blood Services’ business goals as well as becoming brand ambassadors for the organization. The Lead, Lifecycle Marketing provides strategic direction on the development of approaches and tactical plans to deliver on marketing objectives, incorporating various platforms/channels, advises leadership on marketing challenges and leads the development of the marketing strategy for specific business objectives, while ensuring accuracy and consistency of messages across the organization
