About the Role:

The Marketing and Development Manager is a vital member of the Metro Arts team. Leading key strategies across marketing, communications and development, the position provides critical support in building revenue sources in fundraising, partnerships, and box office returns.

The role is central to the ongoing positioning of Metro Arts within the creative sector and across sectors. The Marketing and Development Manager reports to the CEO, oversees the Digital Communications & Design Coordinator as direct report, and works closely with the programming and events staff. In all areas the Marketing and Development Manager is guided by the Strategic Plan.
