With 5 stores already serving up crispy perfection and more on the way, we’re expanding fast – and we’re looking for a marketing star to help us grow locally and build genuine community love for Sides.
The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive with a focus on Local Store Marketing to drive brand awareness, footfall, and customer engagement across our UK locations. You’ll be the bridge between our brand marketing team and our store teams – leading local campaigns, events, and partnerships that make Sides the go-to spot in every community we enter.
Key Responsibilities
• Local Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver local marketing activations for each store, including launches, seasonal promotions, and community events.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships with local businesses, schools, influencers, and community groups to create partnership opportunities and word-of-mouth buzz.
• Store Launches: Support new store openings with local PR, influencer outreach, event coordination, and promotional activity.
• Digital & Social Support: Work with the central marketing team to tailor paid and organic social campaigns for local audiences.
• Performance Tracking: Measure and report on local campaign performance, store-level transactions, and community engagement metrics.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to produce localised assets – posters, flyers, digital content, and event materials.
• Brand Ambassador: Train and support store teams to deliver excellent local marketing execution and brand consistency.
• Competitor & Market Insights: Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
Skills & Experience
• 2+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, retail, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sectors.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator – able to build relationships at all levels.
• Experience managing local events, partnerships, and on-the-ground campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• A creative thinker who loves bringing ideas to life and getting stuck in.
• Willingness to travel regularly across UK store locations.
