The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals. This role focuses on building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and supporting sales growth through effective campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Manage social media presence, branding, and overall content direction
- Oversee promotions, events, collaborations, and partnership initiatives
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, including sales impact, engagement, and reach
- Prepare regular marketing reports and insights for management
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and campaign resources effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors or partners
- Run and optimize paid advertisements across relevant platforms
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
- Stay updated on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, branding, and campaign management
- Experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics
- Strong project management and organizational skills
