Job Description:

Suzhou Dimsum is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our food, increase customer engagement, and drive sales. Your role will involve both digital and traditional marketing efforts to ensure Suzhou Dimsum stands out in the competitive food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our food product range across multiple channels (retail, digital, and in-store).
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase product visibility in supermarkets, stores, and online platforms.
• Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to support new product launches and brand initiatives.
• Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide marketing decisions.
• Organize and coordinate participation in food expos, trade shows, in-store activations, and sampling events.
• Oversee the development of packaging design and marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand identity and messaging.
• Track and report on key marketing performance indicators and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications.
• Experience in digital marketing or social media management is a strong advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
