Senior Graphic Designer

Vona Studios is seeking a highly skilled, multitalented Graphic Designer who can work across branding, digital content, basic video editing, admin coordination and client communication.

This is a high-ownership role, ideal for someone who is:

You will work closely with the Creative Director and Brand Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Brand Identity & Graphic Design (Primary Function)

• Develop full branding systems (logos, colour palettes, typography, brand guides)
• Create design assets for clients across industries
• Produce social media graphics, flyers, company profiles, presentation decks
• Design for print (business cards, banners, signage etc.)
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Collaborate with copywriters and strategists

2. Light Video Editing & Filming Support

• Basic video editing for social content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube snippets etc.)
• Simple cuts, transitions and visual generation
• Assist with on-set filming
• Exporting and organising footage/assets
• Comfortable with sharing brand expression ideas and execution

3. Administrative & Organisational Support

• Assist with managing design schedules and deadlines
• Familiar with Google Drive and Notion for storage and productivity
• Support the Brand Manager with small admin tasks (content planning, asset organisation)
• Help prepare client documents, proposals, visual presentations

4. Client Communication

• Join client check-ins when required
• Receive and interpret client briefs
• Communicate effectively and professionally
• Provide design recommendations with confidence and clarity

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro/CapCut (basic)
• Strong portfolio showing branding work
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong organisational habits
• Ability to work independently with ownership
• Reliable, solution-oriented, calm under pressure, confident abut sharing ideas and contributing

Bonus Skills (not mandatory)

• Photography or videography experience
• Social media management knowledge
• Presentation design
