Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Remote – South Africa)

Pay: ZAR 150–250 per hour (dependent on skill and experience)

About the Role

Levitas Clinic is seeking a skilled Content Creator & Social Media Manager to support our growing digital presence across Instagram and LinkedIn. This is a remote role suited to someone who is creative, organised, and confident managing social media end-to-end for a premium healthcare brand.

The pay range reflects the level of skill, quality, and independence expected in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and post high-quality content across social media platforms
• Manage and schedule Instagram and LinkedIn posts consistently
• Edit short-form video content (Reels, clips, captions, basic graphics)
• Assist with content planning and execution in line with brand tone
• Repurpose existing content into engaging social media posts
• Write clear, professional captions suitable for a premium clinical brand
• Ensure posts are on-brand, accurate, and well-presented
• Coordinate remotely with the internal marketing team

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
• Strong content editing skills (video and/or image-based content)
• Experience posting and managing content on Instagram and LinkedIn
• Good written English with attention to tone and detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with scheduling tools is an advantage

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience working with healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or premium brands
• Basic understanding of social media performance metrics
• Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools experience
