Job Title: Social Media & Launch Manager – Ramadan Gift Box (1-Month Contract)

Pay: ₦20,000–₦50,000 per milestone (results-based), potential total ₦180,000–₦230,000.

About the Role
We are launching a special Ramadan Gift Box, aiming to pre-sell 1,000 boxes by February 15.

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Social Media & Launch Manager to manage our digital marketing efforts for 1 month. This is temporary, high-impact, and results-focused.

Responsibilities
1) Social media content creation & posting (Reels, Stories, Captions)
2) Email list building and lead generation (target: 2,500+ subscribers)
3) Basic website and landing page management

4) Run and coordination Paid ad
5) Driving traffic and conversions to the pre-order page
6) Weekly performance reporting
7) Payment is milestone-based: you get paid only for tasks completed and results achieved.

Requirements
1) Proven experience in social media, digital marketing, or pre-order/product launch campaigns
2) Basic knowledge of landing pages and website tools (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, etc.)
3) Experience with email list building
4) Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
5) Experience with e-commerce launches
6) Self-starter, highly accountable, and results-driven
Bonus: Ability to produce short-form video content (phone filming acceptable).

Trial & Contract
7-day trial to assess skills, reliability, and fit
Clear tasks and milestones with measurable results
Contract ends after 1 month (or when pre-order goals are achieved).

Weekly pay available

Based on performance, candidate might be given more projects based on the results of this project.
