Social Media Manager

NGN250,000/mo

Our Social Media Manager creates and manages online content, engaging with customers, and monitoring our brand’s social media presence. Develop strategies, create content, and analyse data to improve engagement and reach. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE, MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON SITE/OFFICE 5 DAYS A WEEK

Responsibilities

  • Daily Content Creation: Creating ,editing posting a variety of social media content, including articles, email marketing posts, blog posts, videos and reels.
  • Community Engagement: Responding to social media posts, comments and customer feedback.
  • Strategy Development: Developing strategies and campaigns to increase audience size and engagement.
  • Platform Management: Coordinating updates across various social media platforms and using social media tools.
  • Data Analysis: Analysing data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify trends.
  • Reporting: Producing reports on social media performance and making recommendations.
  • Collaborations: Working with marketing teams and other stakeholders to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Crisis Management: Dealing with negative publicity and managing social media interactions during crises.

Requirements

  • Candidates MUST possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 2 years of work experience in Marketing/Business/Sales/Retail/Fashion Lifestyle
  • Candidate must reside in or around Ajah , do not apply if you don’t
  • Creative thinking: Developing engaging and relevant content
  • Communication skills: Excellent at copy writing, excellent written and spoken English, effectively communicating with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent editing skills: video editing, graphic design, good photography skills.
  • Analytical skills: Analysing data and identifying trends.
  • Time management: Balancing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Keeping up with the ever-evolving social media landscape.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools
  • Marketing skills, PR knowledge, extremely organised and sharp, High emotional intelligence.
  • Must be able to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Work from the office 24 days a month
  • Should be willing to work with the company long term

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₦250,000.00 per month
