
To create visually appealing and engaging content that showcase the latest shoe and accessory trends.
It is essential to be well-informed about current social media trends and have the ability to execute these trends from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Must be able to provide crucial insight to new marketing trends for the season.
To draw up a monthly social media calendar to propose Photoshoot/ content ideas to match the holidays and festivities of each month ie Christmas, Valentine, International Women’s Day etc.
To direct, shoot, edit and post high-quality images and videos on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok in form of posts, videos/reels and/or Instagram story at least twice a day, excluding Sundays.
To physically coordinate, shoot, edit and design high-quality images and videos for social media content/campaigns once a week (or twice as directed by the CEO) with digital devices such as but not limited to cameras, phones, lighting etc.
To assist with the setting up and management of the shop’s website and content for search engines ie Google, ensuring that it ranks well in relevant searches.
To build a customer email database as well as coordinate and execute content for a bi- monthly email newsletter.
To use analytics to measure the performance of social media campaigns, website traffic, and customer engagement.
To collate and post/share customer experiences and showcase their purchases through reviews, and hashtags.
To increase engagement and create a sense of community around the brand.
